TWO MATERIALS. ONE STRUCTURE.

LG Chemical polycarbonate shell secured by a rigid aluminum perimeter frame. The polycarbonate absorbs impact on contact and recovers its shape without cracking or warping. The aluminum EdgeFrame seals the closure along the full perimeter and holds the case geometry under pressure, trip after trip. Two materials, each doing what the other cannot. Flex where it needs to. Lock where it counts.

VALENCE - ALUMINUM EDGEFRAME™ COLLECTION

LIGHTWEIGHT SHELL. ENGINEERED FOR PACE.

Portar's lightweight polycarbonate check-in suitcase, reinforced with an aluminum EdgeFrame for structure and sealed closure. The shell is made from LG Chemical polycarbonate, selected for its ability to flex under pressure and return to form. The aluminum perimeter frame replaces traditional zippers entirely, creating a precision-close seal that locks along the full edge of the case. Hinomoto Japanese spinner wheels with spring-loaded shock absorption provide smooth, quiet movement across any surface. A check-in suitcase that carries the rigidity of a frame case at a fraction of the weight, with a minimalist silhouette that travels harder than it looks.
