The aluminum EdgeFrame™ runs the full perimeter, locking the case into a rigid, sealed closure that eliminates the weak points of traditional zipper designs. Portar's lightweight polycarbonate check-in suitcase, reinforced with an aluminum EdgeFrame for structure and sealed closure. The shell is made from LG Chemical polycarbonate, selected for its ability to flex under pressure and return to form. The aluminum perimeter frame replaces traditional zippers entirely, creating a precision-close seal that locks along the full edge of the case. Hinomoto Japanese spinner wheels with spring-loaded shock absorption provide smooth, quiet movement across any surface.
